Safety & Boundaries

1-800 Sera · Please read before booking

1-800 Sera is for adults 18+ and is strictly platonic.

You can talk to Sera about pretty much anything — your terrible date, your breakup, your sex life, your weird coworker, the text you're trying not to send, or whatever else is taking up space in your brain.

Talking about sex is fine. Making the interaction sexual with Sera is not.

Sexualizing Sera, making sexual requests of her, exposing her to sexual content, or directing sexual behavior toward her may result in the call being ended immediately, without warning or refund.

The same applies to harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking, attempts to obtain private information, or any other behavior that makes Sera feel unsafe.

Sera may end a call at any time if these boundaries are crossed. Serious or repeated violations may also result in being permanently blocked from booking again.

Sera can say no, too.

A topic being allowed doesn't mean Sera is required to discuss it. She can decline a question, change the subject, or end a call if a conversation becomes uncomfortable or crosses a personal boundary.

Booking time with Sera means you're paying for the time you've booked — not unlimited access to her, her private life, or information she doesn't want to share.

Keep it on 1-800 Sera.

Please don't ask for Sera's personal phone number, private social media accounts, exact location, or other private information.

Don't try to find or contact her through personal accounts, contact people in her private life, or otherwise get around 1-800 Sera to reach her outside of the service.

Don't record the call.

Calls are not recorded, transcribed, or summarized by 1-800 Sera.

Please don't record, screen-record, livestream, publish, or share any part of a call without Sera's explicit permission.

This is conversation, not professional or crisis support.

1-800 Sera is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or an emergency or crisis service.

If you're in immediate danger or believe you may hurt yourself or someone else, please contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your area.
